  1. This program was written to automate the task of presenting a questionnaire 
  2. to a group of networked users.  We kept the number of questions down to 6 
  3. to reduce the amount of disk storage that the data file required.
  4.  
  5. The program requires that the data file be kept as a file called ans.txt
  6. on a d:\pub directory.
  7.  
  8. This can be easily changed by modifying the action of the end button on
  9. form7.
  10.  
  11. The .mdb file is an access front end that I wrote to graph the information
  12. collected.  It is looking for data files on four servers and this can be
  13. changed in the macro.
